Have you ever come across a conflict inside yourself when the truth is just for the sake of it, when you scream on top of your lungs and no one hears you, when stereotype shapes your attitude.

Basically, when you lie!

So here starts another question, what makes us lies? By what I understand, we lie when the world is not ready to take you the way you are, when the world is expectant, and hence that marks the birth of hypocrisy, when the brain is dominant although, the heart wins the war.

So, in such a world where people are different, truths are different, but lies—the same.

And in such a world ‘truth lies’ to survive.

Fantasy comes to life - 4th Annual Comic Con ’14

What is Comic Con India? It  is a comic-based convention held in India, main edition held annually at New Delhi. The first ever convention was held in 2011 at Delhi Haat. In order to avoid travelling expenses abroad to attend a comic convention, a group of young people in Delhi decided to create one of their own.

“Happy Independence Day” were the chants one could hear all around. Television shows were broadcasting what was supposed to be, that is, lives and state of our soldiers and were honoring them. Well that was the scenario and it occurred each year without a flaw. But is that all??

Delhi- the incredible part of our incredible India. A happening city, where life seems to be never ceasing. Being a native of DEHRADOON, the “DOON VALLEY” is just a paradox to the capital of the nation. And this is exactly what I felt when I de-boarded my train on the NEW Delhi RAILWAY STATION. I could hear unintelligible voices and could view people of all shapes, types and of course sizes.
